Father kills 4 month old for making baby noises

Chicago: In a shocking incident in the US, a father allegedly murdered his four-month-old daughter by punching her 22 times as she was making baby noises while he was watching television.
Cory Morris, 21, from Minneapolis, has been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly punching the baby girl named Emersyn in her face and chest to quiet her “baby talk”. According to the charges, Morris called police on August 13 and admitted he had just killed his daughter. When police arrived, they found the 4-month-old unconscious on a changing table. Morris, who was alone watching the child at the time of the incident, told police that he punched the child approximately 15 times in the face and 7 times in the chest with a closed fist, then squeezed her chest with his hands in an attempt to quiet her. The Hennepin County medical examiner confirmed the baby died from blunt force trauma. After he did this he called both his mother and his wife and said, “‘I did something bad’, but didn’t tell them what he actually did,” Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman was quoted.

Pub puts Trump’s portrait in urinal

London: A new pub in the Irish capital of Dublin has used US Republican party presidential nominee Donald Trump’s portrait as the decor for its urinal. The Adelphi pub has said that it was an outlet for people to express their feelings and that it would be removed if the controversial billionaire were to be elected as the next US President in the November polls. “If he is elected by the people of the United States, we will take it down immediately as we feel it would then be disrespectful to the American people,” Adelphi bar manager Tony McCabe told. “I just felt that it was a way for some people to express their feelings towards Trump’s views and to make their trip to the bathroom a ‘wee’ bit more entertaining,” he said. On the bar’s Facebook page, the pub’s employees joked that “based on the urinal’s popularity among its male customers, they are open to suggestions for similar decor for the ladies’ toilets as well”.
The pub said that it had not received any complaints about the urinal’s new look so far. Dublin is not the first city to use Trump as an inspiration for people to relieve themselves. The District Stop nightclub in Winnipeg, Canada, placed a urinal in the middle of a mural of Trump where his mouth should be and Chinese manufacturers have designed toilet paper featuring the American presidential candidate’s image.

When Paki's love for pornography saved Paris

London: A Pakistani LeT bombmaker with a bent for accessing porn was part of the team of militants who set out to execute the deadly Paris attacks but could not reach in time to make it even more catastrophic, according to a media report.
The November 14 series of coordinated attacks by suicide bombers and gunmen, the deadliest inflicted on France since World War II, were a “slimmed-down version of an even more ambitious plan” to hit other European countries and following them up with strikes in several locations, a senior European counter-terrorism official told CNN. Muhammad Usman, a suspected bombmaker for the Pakistani terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba, had set out from the capital of the self-declared ISIS caliphate in Raqqa, Syria, six weeks before the Paris attacks along with Algerian-born Adel Haddadi, the report said, citing investigation documents. The duo were part of a team of four militants, of whom the other two operatives later blew themselves up outside the national stadium in Paris, killing nearly 130 people. The team posed as Syrian refugees, blending in with thousands fleeing the war-torn country and made the treacherous crossing from Izmir, Turkey, into Greece in a boat filled with dozens of refugees but were intercepted by the Greek Navy.
The two who would go on to strike the Paris stadium passed through Greece – though Greek officials declined to explain how – and started moving across Europe toward their target in France while Haddadi and Usman’s fake Syrian passports were discovered and they were arrested. They were held for nearly a month, according to investigators, who believe that the delay was “significant as they did not have a chance to become part of the Paris attacks”.

Bomb Kills father and daughter at Thai school

Bangkok: A bomb exploded outside a school in southern Thailand, killing three people, including a man and his 4-year-old daughter, whom he was dropping off for kindergarten.
The incident was the latest in a series of attacks that coincide with efforts to hold peace talks between Thailand’s government and Muslim separatist insurgents who have wreaked havoc across the country’s southernmost provinces since 2004, at a cost of more than 6,000 lives.
Other recent attacks have included bombings across seven provinces popular with tourists that killed four people, and an explosive detonated on a rail line that derailed a train car and killed a railway worker.Preliminary investigations into the incident show that a suspect drove a motorcycle and parked it in front of a small store across from the school in Tak Bai district of Narathiwat province, police Lt Col Noppadon Kingthong said. He said the bomb was placed in the front basket of the motorcycle and was detonated remotely.
The targets were traffic policemen and people dropping off their children at the Baan Ta Baa School, Noppadon said. In addition to the father and daughter who died of their injuries while being taken to a hospital, a 23-year-old man who was one of eight people hospitalized died of his injuries.
Three of those hurt were police personnel and one was from the military, Noppadon said.
